Abstract :The current paper describes a new feature called the “Question Module” incorporated in Moodle VLE. The Question Module is an improvement version of the “Process of Identification of Similar Question using CBR” originally developed in the SYIM VLE. The QM automates the process of replying to student’s queries using newly developed detection algorithms.
