Abstract :We present a case of fenestrated anterior cerebral artery associated to duplicated anterior communicating artery found duringa routine dissection of the brain in a male human body. Fenestrations of the A1 segment of the anterior cerebral artery are rare,especially if associated to a duplicated anterior communicating artery. To our knowledge, this is the second reported case in theliterature. We also present a brief review of the surgical importance of this anomaly
