Abstract :Yönetici, örgütün temel dinamiğidir. İnsanları sevk ve idare etmek, örgütü amaçları doğrultusunda yönlendirmek, işleri çekip çevirmek, yöneticinin asli görevleridir. Bu  görevleri laikiyle yapmak örgütü etkili ve verimli kılar. Yöneticinin kalitesi örgütün başarısı ile  doğru orantılıdır. Bu araştırmayla ilköğretim okullarında görev yapan yöneticilerin yeterlilik  düzeylerinin aldıkları eğitimle ilişkili olup olmadığı belirlenmeye çalışılmaktadır. Bu amaçla mevcut yönetici yetiştirme uygulamaları alandan gelen EYTEP mezunları yöneticilerle alan  dışı yöneticilerin yeterlilik düzeylerinin karşılaştırılmaları değerlendirilecek ve sonuçta yeni  bir yönetici yetiştirme modeli önerilecektir. Evren olarak Van ili merkez ilköğretim okulları,  yatılı ilköğretim bölge okulları ile köy ilkokullarından 58 okul alınmıştır EYTEP mezunu yöneticilere ait üstün öğrenci başarı standartları geliştirebilme, öğretmenlere  gerektiğinde mesleki yardım yapabilme, yeni öğretim yöntemleri geliştirme, okulda değişim  stratejisi uygulayabilme, açık ve demokratik bir örgüt iklimi oluşturama, kararlarda katılıma önem  verme” gibi bulgulara ulaşılmış ve ilgililere çözüm yolları önerilmiştir. Motivating and superintending people, driving the organization towards its goals and running the business are the  fundamental duties of the administrator. Performing these duties adequately renders the  organization effective and efficient. The quality of the administrator is directly proportional to  the success of the organization. With this research, it is attempted to determine whether the competency levels of the  administrators serving at the primary schools are correlated with the educations they have  received. For this purpose, the competency level comparisons between the administrators coming from  the existing administrator raising practices field insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EYTEP- Education Management and Governance  Program Graduates); and administrators from other disciplines Will be evaluated and at the end, a new administrator raising model will be proposed. For the  sample space, 18 schools among elementary schools in Centrum of Van Province, regional boarding  elementary schools and elementary schools in villages have been chosen. Findings about the administrators who graduated from EYTEP have been discovered, such as the  ability to develop superior student success standards, being able to professionally help the  teachers when necessary, devising new teaching methods, being able to apply a strategy of change at  the school, creating an open and democratic organizational atmosphere, and finally attaching  importance to participating to the decisions; and solution methods have been suggested to the  authorities.
