Abstract :A modern teacher working in the system of inclusive education should have a sufficient level of communicative competence and tolerance, should be able to implement personally-oriented educational and communicative technologies, and flexibly manage the educational process. The article deals with the problem of tolerance and communicative competences of teachers in an inclusive environment. The work describes the significance of tolerance of teachers and students for the favorable organization of joint activities with children with disabilities.
