Abstract :The teacher must be prepared and competent for the full implementation of the pedagogical process. One of the components of his training is the organization of his teaching activities. Among the pedagogical skills of special importance is the control or control and evaluation activities of teachers. The content of this article explains the concepts of “control”, “skill”, “pedagogical skill”. In addition, the features of control skills of subject teachers in the educational process are described. The article also touches upon the issue of formation of control skills of future teachers in the pedagogical process.
