Abstract :Today`s requirement is the formation of competitive specialists in the global market. Therefore one of the requirements of the public in the training of specialists is their compliance with international standards. For this, it is necessary to prepare a multilingual specialist. This process should be implemented through the integrated teaching of English in the Natural Sciences. Therefore, this article pays great attention to teaching subjects in the Natural Sciences in English. When teaching natural sciences through a survey questioning of future specialists, it turns out that one of the effective teaching method is CLIL technology. Examples are given, development of lesson plans, confirming the optimality of this technology.
