Abstract :This article explores the underrepresentation of female students in Palestinian student councils, examining empirical data and investigating the contrast between female presence in education and administrative bodies of the Palestinian student movement. Methodologically, this study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining analysis of archival materials from Palestinian universities and student movement records, unstructured interviews with current and former student activists, and critical engagement with secondary sources. This triangulated framework contextualizes gendered disparities by bridging historical documentation, institutional dynamics, and lived experiences. The concept of \\\"progressive deprivation\\\" is introduced, suggesting that female students experience a widening gap between rising value expectations and static or decreasing value capabilities. The study poses crucial questions about the awareness and initiatives of female students within the Palestinian student movement to address their underrepresentation. Drawing on Ted Robert Gurr’s theory of relative deprivation, the article delves into the position of female students, particularly within the Islamic Bloc, examining historical roots, organizational structures, council representation, and efforts to enhance empowerment. Keywords : Öğrenci hareketi, İslami Blok, Kadın aktivistler, Kademeli yoksunluk, Filistin
