Abstract :This study was planned as descriptive of the purpose of detecting stressors caused by working environment of human resources working in the operating rooms. The data were collected between September-October 2016. The sample of the study consisted of 150 health personnel insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(doctors, nurses, technicians and technicians); working in the surgical departments and operating theaters. The average age of the health personnel participating in the study was 33.94 ± 8.37. 37% are nurses, 14.5% are physicians, 31.2% have been working for 6-10 years; 16.8% have a chronic disease. insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(39%);, working in an artificial light environment and inadequate number of assistant personnel insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(37%);, working as a stress source insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(49%);, lack of rewarding insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(39% , 6); inadequacy of salary and supplementary payments, and the least stressful factor insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(12.1%); was the inadequacy of the knowledge level of the team.
