Abstract :In this research, it was aimed to develop an Attitude Observation Form towards Mathematics which is expected to help students learn mathematics better. The steps followed in this process are; literature review, creating an item pool, taking expert opinions, implementation, analyzing the distribution characteristics of the scores, validity and reliability studies. A valid and reliable observation form was developed through the analyses done. The Attitude Observation Form towards Mathematics can be used to determine students’ attitudes. It is expected to be a form which teachers can use. In addition, it can also be used in experimental studies where the number of the participants is low. It is believed that the use of this observation form will contribute substantially to the validity of the research in which the relation between attitude and success, or the effects of a method on attitude are examined
