Abstract :Civilization is a complex whole. This is more so if we understand it as `an ideal state of human culture characterized by complete absence of barbarism and a rational, optimum utilization of physical, cultural, spiritual and human resources, and perfect adjustment of the individual within the social framework.` insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Websters Third International Dictionary);. Despite the vehement claims of racists, there is neither such a thing as a unique, integrating and superior civilization , nor is it possible to find the exact origins of man`s material and spiritual products in the depths of history.
