Abstract :Bu çalışma ile yeni TCK’nın teşebbüs, iştirak ve içtimaya ilişkin hükümlerinin uygulamaya ne ölçüde taşındığını incelemek amaç-lanmaktadır. Ancak suçun özel görünüş biçimleri konusunu genişli-ği dikkate alındığında bu çalışma, Yargıtay kararları dahilinde ko-nuyu ele almayı amaçlamıştır.
