Abstract :5237 Sayılı Türk Ceza Kanunu’nun 6/1-c maddesinde kamu gö-revlisi kavramını açıkça tanımlamıştır. Bununla birlikte konunun Yargıtay kararlarındaki önemi nedeniyle bu çalışma hasıl olmuştur. Bu doğrultuda bu çalışma ile Türk Ceza Kanunu uygulamasındaki kamu görevlisi kavramının anlamının ve sonuçlarının ortaya ko-nulması amaçlanmaktadır.
