Abstract :Die Verdunkelung von Beweisen ist in Art. 155 kStGB als eine Straftat geregelt. Dieser Artikel besteht aus 4 Absätze und die Strafe der Tat ist entweder eine Freiheits‐ oder eine Geldstrafe. Die Verdunkelung eines Beweises einer Straftat ist ein abstraktes Gefährdungsdelikt, deshalb eine Verletzung ist nicht erforderlich.
