Abstract :On dört yaşında kız hasta meme gelişiminin olmaması ve adet görmeme nedeniyle başvurdu. Bazal hormonal değer- lendirme sonuçları hipogonadotropik hipogonadizm ile uyumluydu. Over ve uterus volümleri prepubertal boyutlar- da ve karyotipi 46 XX olarak saptandı. Hipogonadotropik hipogonadizm etiyolojisi nedeniyle yapılan hipofiz görün- tülemesinde boş sella saptandı. Bu vaka sunumu ile puber- te gecikmesiyle başvuran kız hastalarda hipogonadotropik hipogonadizm ayırıcı tanısında özellikle boş sella sendro- mu olmak üzere organik patolojilerin göz önüne alınması gerekliliğini ve bu vakalarda görüntüleme çalışmalarının önemini vurgulamak istedik
