Abstract :TCT Latent tüberküloz enfeksiyonu- nun çocuklarda saptanmasında önemli bir tarama aracı olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ancak uygulanmasında ve yorum- lanmasında çeşitli tartışmalar süregelmektedir. Bu yazıda PPD olarak da bilinen TCT konusundaki güncel çalışma- lar ve öneriler değerlendirilmiştir
