Abstract :Topuk bölgesi yaralanması sebebi olarak yüksekten atlama veya düşme sıklıkla raporlanmış olsa da içinde bulunduğu asansörün yere çakılması sonucu oluşan bir yaralanmayı bildiren rapor ulaşılamadı. Asansörün yere çakılması sonucu oluşan kalkaneus Gustillo tip 3B kırığının mikrocerrahi yöntemle başarılı yönetiminin bildirilmesi amaçlanmıştır.
