Abstract :                                               Özet Çalışmamızın konusu, cumhuriyetin ilk yıllarından beri belirli aralıklarla siyasi kadrolar tarafından geliştirilen veya bir devlet politikası olarak işlerlik kazanan kırsal kalkınmadır. Türkiye’nin coğrafî şartlarında kırsal kalkınmanın yapılabilirliği güç olduğu kadar gereklidir. Çalışmada kırsallık kavramı, kırsal kalkınma, Türkiye ve dünyada kırsal kalkınma çabaları, Türkiye’de kırsal kalkınma ile ilgili sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri üzerinde durulacaktır. Buna ilave olarak, yerel coğrafî değişkenlerin kırsal kalkınmadaki önemi vurgulanacaktır.   Anahtar Kelimeler: Kırsal Kalkınma, Politika, Coğrafi değişkenler, Coğrafi durum Abstract The subject of our study is that rural development has been achieved as a state politics or improved by some political groups occasionally for the early years of Republic. The rural development under geography conditions of Turkey needs applications as well as some diffucults. In this study, it is aimed to express that the concept of rurality, rural development, the rural development struggles of Turkey and of the world, the problems of the rural development of Turkey and some solutions and suggestions above the subjects.
