Abstract :İslam, kapsayıcılık, adalet ve sükunet dinidir, küçük, büyük, çocuk veya yetişkine karşı ayrımcılık yapmaz, İslam her hak sahibine  hakkını verdi, Çocuğun hakları da evin içinde veya dışında olsun, hayatının tüm yönlerine kapsamlı şekilde  büyük önem vermiştir.  Çocuğun hayatı boyunca ona eşlik edecek mutluluğu ve güveni veren onurlu bir yaşam sürdürme hakkını alması gerekir.Çocukluk, insanın geleceği ile ilgileneceği ve başa çıkacağı kişiliği oluşturmak için temel oluşturur . Çocuk ebevinin üzerinde hakları vardır ve bu haklara islam sahip çıktı ve islam bu hakların israrla  yapılmasına emretti Resûlullah (sav) şöyle buyurmuştur:   "Evladın baba boynundaki hakkı, onu güzel bir isimle isimlendirmesi, onu güzel edep ve ahlak üzere yetiştirmesi ve ona Kur’an öğretmesidir."    Müslüman aile, Müslüman topluluğun çekirdeğidir ve çocukları, üzerinde büyüdükleri etik ve ilkeleri yansıtır, islam, herkesin haklarını belirtti, yaşlı bir adam veya bir kadın yada  bir çocuk olsun.  İslam, tüm insan haklarına özen göstermeye çalıştı , İslam, tüm insanlığa karşı merhametli bir yaklaşıma sahiptir , merhametli allah tarafından indirildi,  ve çocuklar, İslam'ın sahip olduğu bu haklardan büyük bir pay almıştır . Abstract Islam is a religion of justice and tranquility as it does not distinguish between the young and the old a child o r an adult.   Islam has given everyone his/her due right, as Islam has also given great and  comprehensive attention to the rights of the child in all aspects of his life, whether  inside or outside the home, be it among the family or the strangers.  Therefore it is imperative that the child takes his right to live a decent life that gives  him happiness and reassurance that will accompany him throughout his life, as  childhood is the basis for building and forming the character that a person will possess  in his future and exhibit through.  Indeed the child has rights over his parents which Islam has guaranteed and provided,  such that they are strictly imposed upon the parents to implement , as the Messenger  of Allah peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: “The right a child has over  his parent is choosing a good name for him, and give him good etiquette, and teach  him the Qur’an.  The Muslim family is the nucleus of the Muslim community, and its children reflect  the morals and principles upon which they are raised, as Islam has clarified the rights  of every individual, be it an old man, a woman, or a child.  Islam has been so keen toward taking care of all human rights, how can Islam not be  a compassionate system to all humanity, which has descended from a merciful Lord,  and the children have had the good fortune of these rights that Islam is obliged them  to have, and this research deals with some of these rights and their implications.
