Factor analysis, descriptive statistics, Mann Whitney U test, Kruskal-Wallis H test, post-Hoc analysis test and correlation test were used in the evaluation of the data. The level of significance was accepted as p<0.05 in all analyzes. According to the data obtained, when the T-CMDQ general score averages of healthcare professionals working in the central sterilization unit were examined, the foot region was determined as high (6.87±9.43), while the hand region was low (1.82±4.38). determined. While health professionals\' ERKISO total dimension scores were high, physical environment order, use of appropriate equipment sub-dimension scores were low, performance effectiveness sub-dimension scores were moderate. It was found that the mean T-CMDQ scores of health professionals were low, and there were significant differences between the mean scores of ERKISO and T-CMDQ according to some socio-demographic characteristics of health professionals. As a result of the analyzes made, it was found that ERKISO is a reliable and valid measurement tool.
