Abstract :Dental laboratory technicians are exposed to chemicals, dust and noise, ergonomic risks and psychosocial risks due to their working conditions. Due to his work, he is exposed to dust such as chromium, cobalt and silica. The interstitial lung disease caused by the combination of these dusts is called \"dental technician pneumoconiosis\". We present the case of a 39-year-old male who worked as a dental technician in different companies and dental laboratories for approximately 19 years and was diagnosed with dental technician pneumoconiosis. He had been complaining of shortness of breath that occurred with exertion for the last few months and dry cough. HRCT showed widespread peribronchovascular micronodular infiltration in all lobes and segments of both lungs and was similar to the thorax CT findings 3 years ago. Based on his occupational history and exclusion of other pathologies, the dental technician was diagnosed with pneumoconiosis. Pneumoconioses are preventable lung diseases. To prevent pneumoconiosis in dental technicians, effective measures should be provided to prevent the worker from being exposed to dust. Keywords : Diş teknisyeni, pnömokonyoz, meslek hastalığı, ILO değerlendirme
