Abstract :Uzlaşma, uzlaşma kapsamına giren bir suç nedeniyle, şüpheli veya sanık ile mağdur veya suçtan zarar görenin Kanun ve Yönetmelikteki usul ve hükümlere uygun olarak uzlaştırma süreci sonunda anlaştırılmış veya anlaşmış olmalarını ifade eder. Uzlaşma cezalandırıcı adalet anlayışına alternatif bir uyuşmazlık çözümüdür. Bu sebeple onarıcı adalet anlayışı diye de anılmaktadır
