Abstract :Son zamanlarda memleketimizde içtimai ilimler pek ziyade rağbete mazhar olmuştur. Bilhassa içtimaiyat bütün münevver zihinleri az çok işgal etmektir. İntikal devresinde bulunan ve -her yerde söylenildiği gibi- içtimai bir buhran geçiren bir memlekette herkesi en ziyade düşündüren mesele tabiidir ki mevcut içtimai müesseselerden hangisinin tabii ve hangisinin marazi olduğunu anlamak ve lazım gelenlerin ıslah veya tadili çaresini aramaktır.
