Abstract :The Ottoman Empire, spanning six centuries across Europe, Asia, and Africa, developed sophisticated logistics systems to sustain political, economic, and military power. This study examines Ottoman military and commercial logistics systems within a historical context, using narrative literature review to synthesize existing research. Military logistics were supported by range organizations, granaries, roads, bridges, and fortresses, facilitating long-distance campaigns. Commercial logistics supported international trade routes such as the Silk Road and the Spice Route, utilizing caravanserais and port cities. The study identifies Ottoman logistics as an early integrated system that resonates with modern logistics principles such as resource optimization, infrastructure integration, and sustainability. This research contributes to bridging historical logistics practices with contemporary supply chain management theories. Keywords : Osmanlı İmparatorluğu, Lojistik Yönetimi, Askeri Lojistik, Ticari Lojistik
