Abstract :Bu çalışmada, firma değerlemesi felsefi temelleriyle birlikte incelenerek en yaygın olarak kullanılan firma değerleme yöntemleri: firma değerinin indirgenmiş nakit akım yöntemine göre tespiti, firma değerinin göreceli değerleme yöntemine göre tespiti ve firma değerinin ekonomik değer yöntemine göre tespiti teorik olarak incelenmiştir.
