Abstract :In recent years, the teaching of the Kyrgyz Language as a foreign language at Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University was very developed. The aim is to spread out the best part of the system of the hing through out the kyrgyz educational system. In this article the teaching methods like listening comprehension and teaching of Kyrgyz language as a foreign language were presented. The history and current condition of the listening comprehension and some of the theoretical aspects of the practical applications were studied. The selected texts for listening comprehension based on the style, type, volume and their relationships with grammatical materials are determinated with reliable patterns. The role of the modern technical facilities used for this type of practice is mentioned in this study
