Abstract :Environmental sustainability has become a crucial topic currently. People are taking actions individually or as a group against harmful actions toward the earth. There are many options for people to act or get some knowledge about the environment and ways to coordinate with environmental sustainability behaviours. Although this information is accessible for many people, they are not preferred to earn nor even putting an effort for that. In this point provide this information for people where they spend their most of the time of their life which is their workplace means creating an environment for employees to both educate themselves and contribute to the environment while also contributing to their organization. In this paper environmental sustainability training by an organization to 10 of their employees and its effect on employees’ pro-environmental behavior were discussed while also discussing some factors that has an impact on this training and employees’ behaviour.
