Abstract :With its tone, rhythm, and melodic structures, music is an indispensable element in conveying human emotions and thoughts. Just as it holds an important place in the lives of adults, this art form also plays a significant role in the lives of children. For instance, it is common to see children instinctively dancing to music, clapping along to a rhythm, and imitating many songs. Children\\\'s songs are valuable teaching tools for developing language skills, establishing communication with each other, and teaching social rules and national values. In addition to children\\\'s songs, folk songs, lullabies, traditional melodies, adapted songs, rhymes, school songs, and marches form the foundation of general music education. Children\\\'s songs also include songs composed by taking inspiration from the modes and rhythms of Classical Turkish Music. This study examines the usability of children\\\'s songs, composed by significant composers, in beginner-level cello teaching in Classical Turkish Music. Within the scope of the research, children\\\'s songs composed by important composers of Classical Turkish Music were reviewed and it was determined that a total of 413 compositions had been created. Considering time limitations and the structures of the modes, 3 (three) children\\\'s songs were randomly selected, forming the sample of this study. The notation of the works was completed using the Finale 2023 program. As a result of this study, it is believed that through teaching these children\\\'s songs, students will be able to adapt more quickly to the characteristic features of the modes and rhythms. Furthermore, as this is the first study of its kind in the field of cello teaching in Classical Turkish Music, it is expected that it will serve as an example for future studies. Keywords : Çocuk Şarkıları, Klasik Türk Müziği, Viyolonsel, Makam ve Usul Öğretimi, Sağ El ve Sol El Teknikleri
