It examines the biological, chemical, and physical factors that drive spoilage and evaluates emerging solutions such as smart packaging, advanced biopreservation methods, and nanotechnology. By analyzing these technologies\\\' theoretical foundations and practical applications, the study highlights their impact on food quality, safety, and sustainability. It also assesses the scalability of these innovations and their potential to transform industrial practices.
