Abstract :In this paper, the principles that govern the development of the instructional scenarios of Testing and Evaluation in English course of Distance English Language Teacher Training insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DELTT); Program are presented. Firstly, the program and the course are described briefly. Then the major underlying principles are presented with reference to the related literature and examples from the course are provided.
