Abstract :Özgeçmişi bilinmeyen bal örneklerindeki oksitetrasiklin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(OTC); ve Sülfamezatin insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(SM);’in birlikte tayini standart ekleme yönteminden yararlanılarak türev spektrofotometrisi ile yapıldı. Analiz için alınacak bal örneği miktarı 0.5 g olarak saptandı. Yöntem, ön ayırma işlemlerine ihtiyaç duyulmadan uygulanabilmektedir. OTC, 2o türev spektrumunda 230.5 nm de; SM ise 2o türev spektrumunda 254.6 nm de tayin edildi. Bal’a ilave edilen OTC’nin geri kazanma oranı 2o türev spektrumunda 370 nm de, SM in ise 1o türev spektrumunda 252 nm de belirlendi ve %90’ın üzerinde verim elde edildi.
