Abstract :Turunçgil meyveleri, zengin çeşitli vitaminler, mineral maddeler, tad ve aroma içermeleri nedeniyle önemli bir gıda maddesidir. Konsantrelerinin Avrupa pazarlarında çok aranması nedeniyle, turunçgillerin meyve suyu sanayiinde büyük yeri vardır. Turunçgil meyveleri meyve suyu, konsantre, reçel, marmelat, dilim kompostosu, şarap, likör, turunçgil tozları, işleme artıklarından ise hayvan yemi, pektin, eteri yağı, çekirdek yağı, sirke, turunçgil pekmezi, turunçgil alkolü elde edilerek değerlendirilir.
