Abstract :Fermentasyon yoluyla etanol üretiminde klasik kesikli üretim yöntemlerinin yeterince ekonomik olmaması nedeniyle, sürekli üretim yöntemleri geliştirmek üzere yoğun çalışmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmalar kapsamında son 15 yıl içerisinde immobilize hücre teknolojisiyle gerçekleştirilen sürekli etanol fermentasyonu, klasik etanol fermentasyonuna göre çeşitli üstünlükler göstermektedir.
