Abstract :İmmobilize biyokatalizörler insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(enzimler, canlı ve cansız mikroorganizmalar); son yıllarda gittikçe artan bir ilgi toplamışlardır. İmmobilize enzimlerin avantajları: 1. Enzimlerin kararlılığı artar ve birçok kez kullanma olanağı ortaya çıkar, 2. Reaksiyon ortamında dağılmadığı için ürünlerin saflığı ve kalitesi artar, 3. Sürekli reaktör sistemlerinde kullanılır.
