Abstract :Bu derlemede, gıda kaynaklı bir patojen olan Yersinia enterocolitica incelenmiştir. Bakterinin taksonomik ve ekolojik özelliklerinin yanısıra, Yersinia enfeksiyonları ile ilişkili gıdalar, patojenite ve gıdalarda Yersinia gelişmesini ve canlılığını etkileyen faktörler de tartışılmıştır.
