Abstract :Listeria monocytogenes çevrede oldukça yaygın olarak bulunan bir etkendir. Gıda zincirinde gıda maddelerinin kontaminasyonu ile mutfağa, dolayısıyla insanlara bulaşması nedeniyle dünya gıda endüstrisini yakından ilgilendiren önemli bir sorundur. Bu makalede, Türkiye’de oldukça geniş tüketim sahasına sahip, dış etkenlerden kolayca kontamine olabilen ve çoğu mikroorganizmanın gelişmesi için uygun bir ortam olan sütlerin ve bir süt ürünü olan peynirlerin L. monocytogenes ile kontaminasyonu değerlendirilmiştir.
