Abstract :Bu fenomenoloji araştırmasının amacı ortaokul matematik öğretmenlerinin staj eğitmenlerine (staj öğretmeni ve uygulama öğretim elemanı) ilişkin algılarını tanımlamaktır. Katılımcı öğretmenlerin staj eğitmenlerine ilişkin algıları üç ana tema altında incelenmiştir: (i) staj eğitmenlerinin mesleki gelişimlerindeki önemi ve katkıları, (ii) staj eğitmenlerinin staja ve matematik öğretmen adayına yaklaşımı, (iii) staj eğitmenlerinin sahip olması gereken özellikler. Sonuçlar, ortaokul matematik öğretmenlerinin staj eğitmenlerine yönelik oldukça olumsuz deneyim ve algılara sahip olduğuna işaret etmektedir.
